XPL Advisors LLC (XPLA) was founded by logistics and US-Mexico supply chain professionals to help logistics and 3PL firms - and the brands that use them - with a range of market and operational insights, marketing, research, and strategic consulting services for their company’s growth.

 

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada (one of the fastest-growing logistics hubs on the US West Coast), XPLA’s team combines nearly 30 years of hands-on logistics industry experience with deep understanding of both US and Mexico supply chains and B2B/DTC warehouse/fulfillment operations.

As XPLA (and under our former firm, Crossborder Group), we have worked with both small and large logistics companies, ecommerce and B2B brands, and public-sector clients for a variety of projects throughout the USMCA region - including major manufacturing and logistics hubs in the US and Mexico, as well as along the US-Mexico and US-Canada border.

XPLA is led by Kenn Morris -  a skilled logistics, market research and international business executive with a wide range of operational and analytical experience. In addition to his work as President of XPL Advisors, Mr. Morris is the former Vice President of Global Logistics and Fulfillment (a West Coast 3PL fulfillment and distribution company that he helped grow from 30,000sf to nearly 400,000sf of operations); he is also the former President of Crossborder Group, a binational consulting firm that specialized in US-Mexico industrial markets, site selection, and transportation/economic studies.

 

He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and an appointed member of the Nevada District Export Council (DEC).
